    Gamey note dominates palate on first taste. Some red berry follows. Hint of spiciness? Paired very well with melted goats cheese crottin on toasted sourdough bread with a drop of honey. Also paired less successfully with fried hake, gomassio (sesame seeds) and Chermoulah (morroccan sauce) boiled potatoes.
