    Lovely depth of taste and aroma reflects the dried fruit concentration, but nicely balanced with slightly earthy, nutty edge. Lingering aftertaste beckons the next sip. A liitle too much alcohol on the nose compromises overall integration, but may mellow in time - if the bottle lasts long enough! Delicious alternative to the more established potstills.
