    Complex, changes in the glass Everytime you go back to it. the Rousanne is well rounded and brings a beautiful floral element to the wine(can't wait to try it as a single varietal), the Grenache blanc adds a structure that pulls and evolves this wine and the little bit of chenin at the end lifts the wine with an underlying fruitiness. If I fell into a barrel of this it would be a good way to go.
